Although I live on San Juan Island, I paint many vistas of eastern Washington where I spent my childhood, especially the wheat country. I also paint landscapes of the Skagit Valley and the Puget Sound region. My paintings reflect not only the sunny color palette of eastern Washington but also many months abroad living in southern France and Austria. Mary’s studio is located in a large lush perennial garden with expansive views of the sea. |
